Appointment Confirmation

All appointments will be confirmed by either telephone or email 24 hours in advance.  Please indicate your contact preference when booking.

Payment Options

Cash, Credit Card (Visa or Mastercard) or Debit are accepted as payment.

Gratuities

A gratuity is not automatically added to your service.  In appreciation to your therapist or esthetician for outstanding service, gratuities can be given at your discretion. 

Gift Certificates

Gift cards are available for purchase and can be customized to your choice of service. 

Spa Reservations

Spa parties and reservations of two or more services require a credit card to secure the appointment(s).  Cancellation of these services less than 24 hours in advance will be subject to payment of 25% of the service fee(s).  If there is a no show or cancellation less than 8 hours in advance, full payment will be charged to your credit card.
